Items are shipped on weekdays only  (Mon-Fri)

We use Royal Mail  Special Delivery for all U.K. orders

which normally takes 2 to 3 days

 The item will  require a signature upon delivery

For all orders outside the UK, our  items ship by using registered Royal Mail "International Tracked and signed" from the United Kingdom


(average is 10-14 days delivery (not guaranteed delivery time).

Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days

For all orders outside the EU: 
Please allow 6 business days to process orders.

Please note that your order may be subject to  delays at customs.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

The UK extended the rules which only applied to non-EU postal items before, to include items received from the EU. Similarly, the EU now treats postal items from the UK as it did non-EU items before.

Delivery will
be by your postal carrier and requires signature (standard for registered mail).
If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted.
A notice should be left for re-delivery or pickup at your post office.

the necessary systems and infrastructure to support the product’s track & trace requirements.

International tracked and signed® delivery aim to Western Europe is from 2 working days, Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities) from 3 working days and Rest of the World from 4 working days after posting. The speed of service is generally a day faster than standard airmail. 

The above standards are monitored by independent and impartial International Post Corporation to ensure reliable and consistent delivery, hence International tracked and signed® is only available to selected countries with capability to meet the above service objectives and provide desired customer experience.

Please note that International tracked and signed® does not provide guaranteed or time-certain delivery service nor does it offer compensation for delay or missing track and trace information. International tracked and signed® is an upmarket mail, not a courier service.

RETURNS and  REFUNDS
If your purchase arrives and is found to be  faulty, or you are not happy with the items, please contact us  as soon as possible, via email. If there is  the problem with the item/s that can not be resolved (after troubleshooting possible causes), we will ask you to return the item, and on receipt and after testing and inspection we will send a replacement as soon as is possible, or a refund if you prefer.

We are sorry but we  will not be able to reimburse the return shipping costs to us, but will cover the replacement shipping fees to return the replacement item/s back to you.
All items are posted using registered mail,which  will  require a signature upon delivery.
If an item is claimed to be "lost in the Post", we will look into this,and  if  it is found that  the item has been lost , then we will  give you  full refund.
